Erik first joined the firm as a summer student in 2011 and has developed an impressive personal injury, class action litigation, and long-term disability practice over the last decade. Erik is currently helping lead a class action lawsuit against the for-profit Long-Term Care Home giant, Chartwell, for their alleged gross negligence during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are excited that Erik will continue his excellent advocacy as Partner at Neinstein. Congratulations, Erik!
