Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP is pleased to announce that Hugo-Pierre Gagnon has become a partner of the firm.

Hugo-Pierre’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, business reorganizations and other strategic transactions. He serves clients of all sizes and from a range of industries, including start-ups, mid-market businesses, large cap public companies, institutional investors, pension funds and private equity players, as well as mining, energy, technology and pharmaceutical companies. Hugo-Pierre earned a Certificate in Mining Law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University – a professional training program designed to provide practical knowledge and skills on the resolution of complex ownership, regulatory, contractual, environmental and legal issues arising in the mining industry. Hugo-Pierre practises in Osler’s Montréal office.
