Joanne provides strategic planning advice on the income tax aspects of transactions entered into by corporations, partnerships and trusts, including internal reorganizations, inbound and outbound investment and financing, and natural resource taxation. Her practice also includes advising on the settlement of tax disputes as well as tax litigation. Joanne practises in Osler’s Calgary office.
