Osler announces new partner Sarah Millar

Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Millar has become a partner of the firm.

Sarah is the Head of Osler’s Discovery Management Group and practises exclusively in the area of discovery. She collaborates with clients and litigators at the outset of each litigation matter to strategically design a customized discovery solution. Sarah also advises clients on the complex issues related to the discovery phase of litigation and regulatory proceedings, including document preservation, the capture or collection of client documentation, a litigant’s discovery obligations, the use of electronic evidence in proceedings and the law of privilege. Sarah has significant experience managing large scale documentary review and production in complex commercial cases and in multijurisdictional matters. She practises in Osler’s Toronto office.
