Peter C. Wardle has joined ADR Chambers

We are delighted to share that Peter Wardle has joined ADR Chambers as an arbitrator and mediator, following his retirement from practice at Singleton Reynolds LLP, and the end of his term as Treasurer of the Law Society of Ontario.

Many of Peter’s colleagues and friends will know him from his distinguished career in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, public service, and professional leadership. Peter brings more than 40 years of experience resolving complex disputes, including matters involving contracts, shareholders and partnerships, securities, directors’ and officers’ liability, professional negligence, insurance, employment, construction, estates, and real estate.

Peter has acted in major public inquiries, appeared before regulatory tribunals, and has been frequently consulted by boards, shareholders, and leading Canadian law firms on high-stakes disputes. His work has been recognized by Best Lawyers, LEXPERT, and Martindale-Hubbell.

Peter has also made significant contributions to the legal profession through his leadership with the Law Society of Ontario, including his service as Bencher and as Treasurer. He has served as an adjudicator with the Law Society Tribunal since 2011 and has authored more than 100 decisions.
