WeirFoulds is pleased to announce that Rob Eberschlag has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate and Securities Groups.

Rob is recognized for his more than 18 years of experience strategically advising clients on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, investment funds and corporate governance and compliance matters.

Rob advises issuers, investment banks and institutional investors in connection with public and private offerings, reverse takeovers, qualifying transactions and corporate governance and compliance matters. He has particular expertise in Canadian and international mining, energy, and oil and gas transactions, including joint venture, property acquisition and royalty transactions.
