Sam Cole is an associate in the Securities Group at Cassels Brock in Vancouver. He represents both public and private companies on a variety of corporate finance matters and also advises on public mergers and acquisitions. Sam has particular expertise with listing and financing transactions as well as with the restructuring of existing public companies. He acts for clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on those in the mining and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Sam practiced with a boutique securities law firm based in Vancouver.
