Sam Ip joins Osler’s Toronto Office

Sam completed his JD/MBA at the University of Western Ontario. At Western, Sam was an active member of the Triathlon Club and has recently completed the Ironman Triathlon at Mont-Tremblant. Prior to law school, Sam spent 5 years at BlackBerry, most recently within their Corporate Development team conducting acquisition, investment, and licensing deals. He is also a qualified Professional Engineer with a special interest in technology sector companies. While at Osler, Sam has been seconded to both the Bank of Montreal, as well as TD Bank.
