We are excited to announce that Samantha Prasad has been elected to the Executive Committee of Minden Gross LLP by the partnership.

A dedicated member of the Tax Group, Samantha first joined the firm as an articling student and became a Partner in 2008. She has been a member of several Minden Gross LLP management committees, including serving as a long time member of the Legal Personnel and Student Committee, helping to develop and grow the firm to what it is today. She is an active member of our global legal network Meritas, where she served on the Board of Directors and was most recently appointed to the newly-formed Meritas Race & Equality Task Force and the nominating committee for the new Chair-Elect of Meritas. Samantha is excited to be part of the strategic leadership of the firm as Minden Gross LLP continues to look towards progressive solutions to help strengthen our success.
