Scott has extensive experience in the Oil and Gas sector and has worked both in private practice and as in-house counsel to a Canadian based, multi-national chemical manufacturing corporation.
During his private practice career, Scott gained extensive commercial and energy law experience, primarily in relation to the acquisition, construction, operation and divestment of mid-steam assets, including pipelines and processing and storage facilities. Scott also has significant experience advising both E&P and oil field service companies in relation various commercial matters, including acquisition and divestment activities, as well as First Nation controlled enterprises in connection with commercial matters relating to the development of oil and gas assets.
