We are delighted to announce that Scott Semer has joined the firm as a partner in our New York office. Scott’s practice specializes in creating tax-efficient structures for international clients making investments in the U.S., including through private REITs. He also advises clients on a wide variety of transactions, including public and private cross-border mergers, reorganizations, and acquisitions as well as on the creation of hedge funds and private equity funds. Scott’s expertise will add depth and bench strength, positioning us to further meet growing client needs.
