Smart & Biggar is pleased to announce that Ahmed ElDessouki has joined the firm as an Associate in our Toronto office.
His practice focuses on assisting clients in obtaining patent protection. This includes conducting patentability searches, drafting and prosecuting patents, as well as, providing clients with patentability opinions for proposed patent applications. Ahmed also assists the litigation team by preparing infringement and validity opinions, affidavit of documents and pleadings.
Ahmed holds a B.Eng. (Electrical Engineering) from McGill University and a J.D. from the University of Toronto. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017.
