Smart & Biggar is pleased to announce that Jamie-Lynn Kraft has joined the firm as an associate in Trademarks practice in Ottawa.

Jamie-Lynn’s practice includes trademark counselling throughout the trademark lifecycle, including clearance, prosecution, opposition and enforcement. Jamie-Lynn works with clients in a wide variety of fields, from small- and medium-sized enterprises to multinational corporations, covering all industry areas including fashion, cosmetics, food and beverage, information technology and manufacturing.

Jamie-Lynn holds a B.A. Hons. (Economics and Political Studies) from Queen’s University and a J.D from Dalhousie University. Before joining the firm, Jamie-Lynn worked at another Canadian IP firm.
