Smart & Biggar welcomes Joshua Neubarth as Associate in Montreal

Smart & Biggar is pleased to announce that Joshua Neubarth joined our Montreal office earlier this year as an associate.

Smart & Biggar is pleased to announce that Joshua Neubarth has joined the firm as an associate in our Montreal office.

Joshua’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation in the areas of copyright & media, trademarks and patents. Joshua is involved in all steps of litigation, including the preparation of cease and desist letters, affidavits, statements of claim, and motions.

Joshua holds a LL.B. from the University of Montreal, a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a LL.M. (Entertainment, Media, and Intellectual Property Law) from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to joining Smart & Biggar, Joshua worked with in-house counsel at a music rights administration and licensing service, as well as, at a Hollywood motion picture and television production company.
