Sotos LLP is pleased to announce that Dixie Ho has joined our corporate department.

Dixie will become a member of our corporate department and will continue to expand our franchising practice. Dixie provides franchise advice on all issues related to franchising, including the preparation of franchise disclosure documents, franchise agreements, establishment of franchise systems, enforcement of franchise agreements, shareholder agreements, the purchase and sale of businesses, and general contract matters. Dixie’s experience spans a wide range of industries including hospitality, retail, and service, as well as the healthcare industry, where she advises many healthcare professionals. She is a trademark agent and assists clients with trademark procurement and protection.Dixie is a frequent contributor and speaker at franchise and industry and franchise law events, such as the Canadian Franchise Association and the Ontario Bar Association. Prior to joining Sotos LLP, Dixie was at a franchising boutique.
