Avinaash is an associate lawyer at Stevenson Whelton LLP, where he is developing a broad civil and commercial litigation practice including: real estate litigation, construction litigation, personal injury litigation, and contractual disputes.
Avinaash earned his Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School. During his time at law school, Avinaash was extensively involved in social justice programs such as the Community & Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP).
Prior to law school, Avinaash earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Florida International University, where he graduated summa cum laude after two years. He later worked in a community-based healthcare setting for several years also while attending law school.
Avinaash articled with Stevenson Whelton LLP and was later called to the bar on June 22, 2022.
