Stikeman Elliott welcomes new Partner, Guillaume Boudreau-Simard

Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome a new member to the partnership. As of January 1, 2019, Guillaume Boudreau-Simard is a partner in the Montréal office’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. His practice focuses on all aspects of litigation, including advising, drafting procedures and representing clients before the courts. Guillaume possesses a vast experience in various types of litigation, including matters related to commercial or contractual law, class actions and competition, and consumer and administrative law. Guillaume has represented clients both before courts of first instance and appellate courts, as well as before administrative tribunals and in the context of internal and external inquiries related to ethics and compliance, which has allowed him to acquire a particular expertise in the matter.
