Stikeman Elliott is pleased to announce that Jamie Templeton has become a partner in our Vancouver office. Mr. Templeton’s practice focuses on project finance, public private partnerships (PPP) and banking. Since 2001, he has advised on PPP transactions in the U.K., Europe, Australia and Canada.
He has extensive experience advising procuring authorities, sponsors and funders in PPP projects and also regularly advises lenders and borrowers in connection with loan financings and secured transactions.
