Stikeman Elliott Welcomes New Partner, Kim Le

Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome a new member to the partnership. As of January 1, 2020, Kim Le is a partner in the Toronto office.

Kim is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including public and private mergers and acquisitions. Kim has extensive experience working with private equity funds, private equity portfolio companies and multinational corporations, as well as advising on all aspects of cross-border private equity.
