Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome a new member to the partnership. As of January 1, 2021, Mark Firman is a partner in the Montréal office.

Mark is a member of the Tax and Pensions & Benefits Groups. He advises on all aspects of pension and executive compensation law, including pension fund investments; plan governance and administration issues; stock option and other equity-based incentive plans; and corporate governance relating to executive compensation design and disclosure.
