Stikeman Elliott Welcomes New Partner, Michael Laskey

Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome a new member to the partnership. As of January 1, 2020, Michael Laskey is a partner in the Toronto office.

Michael is a member of the Competition and Foreign Investment Group. His practice focuses primarily on the review of transactions under the Competition Act and the Investment Canada Act. Under the Competition Act, Michael regularly advises clients on the competition law risks of complex and high-profile transactions. Under the Investment Canada Act, he advises on precedent-setting economic, cultural and national security matters for clients across a broad range of industries.
