Rajwant (Reagan) Singh Bamel is a trial lawyer with extensive litigation experience. His practice focusses on Motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls/occupiers’ liability, medical malpractice, disability claims, and wrongful death claims. He has appeared before all levels of Ontario courts and various tribunals such as LAT and WSIAT.
Reagan has earned a stellar reputation amongst peers and adversaries alike due to his dedication, professionalism, reasoned approach, and ability to present compelling arguments in court to seek justice for his clients.
Reagan earned his B.A. and LL.B (Hons.) in 2014 and he was called to the Bar in the same year (Ont.-2020). In 2018, he was conferred upon with a Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he actively participated in volunteer work with Pro Bono Students Canada and Legal Aid Ontario to make justice accessible for people in need. To complement this experience, he articled at a boutique personal injury law firm in Toronto that helped him develop a tailored approach that fits the needs of individual clients. Before joining Strype Injury Lawyers, he worked at another boutique plaintiff personal injury law firm where he had a track record of successful outcomes for his clients, either through early resolution or taking the case to trial.
Volunteering is an important part of his life. Reagan is an engaged member of the York Region community and has the privilege to serve on the Board of Directors at Addiction Services Central Ontario.
