Tamara O’Connell joins Smart & Biggar

Smart & Biggar is pleased to announce that Tamara O?Connoll has joined the firm's Ottawa office as an associate.

Tamara O’Connell’s practice focusses on patent prosecution for Canadian companies in Canada and the US, and for associate firms around the world. She regularly responds to office actions and assists with patentability and validity opinions. Ms. O’Connell also assists with opinions on Canadian copyright issues, and has experience in litigation support.

During her legal studies, Ms. O’Connell served on the Senior Board of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review.

Ms. O’Connell holds a B.Eng. (Electrical) from the University of Newfoundland and a J.D. from the University of Toronto.
