Teplitsky, Colson LLP is pleased to announce that Michael Winterstein became a partner in the Colson Group effective January 1, 2017. Michael began his career at Teplitsky, Colson LLP as an articling student in 2009. He joined the Colson Group as a first-year associate after being called to the bar.
Michael’s practice focuses on a wide range of complex employment and commercial litigation. Michael regularly advises both employees and employers about employment law and with respect to all aspects of the employee/employer relationship including matters and actions involving wrongful and constructive dismissal, breaches of human rights legislation, breach of contract, professional negligence, breach of confidence, unfair competition, negligent misrepresentation, changes of control, and executive compensation.
Michael is also a Co-Chair of the firm’s articling committee.
