Thomson Rogers LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel Klein is now a Partner of the firm, practicing in our Personal Injury group.

Daniel is dedicated to helping people who have been seriously injured.  His practice includes cases involving motor vehicle collisions, slip or trip and falls, accident benefits, tavern/commercial host liability, assault and battery and dog bite claims. Daniel is focused on understanding the personal needs of his clients and diligently advocating on their behalf.

Daniel has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and other tribunals. Most recently, Daniel was part of the trial team that successfully secured a jury verdict in a challenging liability case that resulted in a full policy limit payment for a client with a severe traumatic brain injury.

We are proud to welcome Daniel to the Partnership, and we look forward to a successful future together.
