The lawyers of Thomson Rogers are pleased to announce that Adrienne Novak has joined the firm as an associate in our Family Law Group.
Adrienne’s practice covers all aspects of family law including parenting issues, child support and spousal support claims, property division, and contracts. She has experience with international family law issues including child abduction matters under the Hague Convention, and she has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice.
Adrienne previously practiced estate law and advised clients on issues related to interpreting and challenging wills. Adrienne seeks solutions best suited to her clients’ needs and resolves matters out of court where possible. Prior to joining Thomson Rogers, Adrienne practiced at a boutique family litigation firm in Toronto.
Adrienne is a co-author of the family law section of Holmested and Watson: Ontario Civil Procedure, published by Carswell.
