Thornton Grout Finnigan LLP is pleased to announce that Scott McGrath has joined the firm’s litigation group.

Scott is a seasoned litigator with experience in a wide variety of business litigation matters, including complex corporate and commercial litigation, director and officer liability, class actions and bankruptcy and insolvency.  He previously practiced at a full service Bay Street firm.

Scott has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court of Appeal and various administrative tribunals.  He is a member of numerous professional organizations and volunteers his time with Pro Bono Law Ontario.
