Stephanie Fernandes joins TGF's Restructuring/Insolvency team

Thornton Grout Finnigan is pleased to welcome Stephanie Fernandes to its Restructuring and Insolvency group.

Stephanie brings with her a strong background in restructuring and insolvency. Her passion for restructuring was evident early in her career, and she has been an active member of the Turnaround Management Association, contributing to several committees including NextGen, Network of Women, and the NewsMaker Event.

She completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Warwick in Coventry, England, in 2020, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.

Stephanie is also a dedicated legal writer, having co-authored several articles and a chapter on Canadian restructuring law.
