TGF is pleased to welcome Xin Lu (Crystal) Li to the firm.

Crystal is experienced in complex commercial and civil disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholders and partnership disputes, construction and infrastructure litigation, real estate disputes, professional negligence claims, fraud claims, defamation claims and bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. She also has experience in employment disputes, class actions and public law. Crystal has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario.

Prior to joining TGF, Crystal practiced at an international law firm in Ottawa and a litigation-based firm in Toronto. She has built a strong track record of obtaining outstanding results for clients, and is practical and creative. Crystal cares deeply about helping clients reach the best outcome and providing them with effective advice and support through the process.
