Paul has a broad business litigation practice, including corporate/commercial, director and officer liability, class actions, insolvency and securities litigation.

He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, courts in other provinces, the Supreme Court of Canada and various administrative tribunals.

Paul has been the recipient of numerous professional recognitions, including selection in Best Lawyers and Lexpert.

He is active in several professional organizations, a frequent speaker at legal education programs, and has taught trial advocacy to law students for many years.
