Puya is a member of TGF’s Restructuring and Insolvency practice group and has been recognized by his peers as one of Canada’s Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for three consecutive years. His practice spans a broad range of restructuring and insolvency mandates, including complex workouts and refinancings, receiverships, bankruptcies, all manner of CCAA and CBCA proceedings, and the enforcement of creditors’ rights.
