As a member of the Banking & Financial Services and Corporate/Commercial Groups, Leslie’s practice encompasses all aspects of the financial services sector and includes a variety of debt financing transactions and advisory services to public, institutional, and private clients. She advises on a wide range of transactions, such as asset-based loans, secured and unsecured financings, including private equity sponsored acquisitions, cross-border loans, syndicated and bilateral loans, and vendor-take-back arrangements. To her practice, Leslie employs a practical approach to client service, with exceptional responsiveness and a commitment to understanding her clients’ needs and objectives.
