Noorin is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group, where she routinely advises on the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of real property. In addition to her broad commercial real estate practice, Noorin acts for developers and builders on their condominium and subdivision projects, managing the full project lifecycle, from the acquisition, financing and development of the lands to the sale of lots and units. Dedicated to service excellence, Noorin brings practical and effective advice, while maintaining a collaborative approach with opposing parties to ensure her clients’ ultimate goals are achieved.
