Torkin Manes is pleased to announce that Seth Zuk has been admitted to the partnership.

Seth is a partner in our Commercial Real Estate Group, where his practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and development of commercial and residential real estate, as well as mortgage enforcement, realization and remedies.

Seth regularly drafts and negotiates a wide range of real estate related agreements and documents on behalf of purchasers and vendors, landlords and tenants, lenders and borrowers, including agreements of purchase and sale, leases, loan and security documents. Seth’s experience includes drafting condominium documents, purchase agreements for new homes and condominiums, as well as joint venture agreements. Seth also assists his clients with various development matters, including Committee of Adjustment applications, land titles applications, development agreements and the registration of subdivision and condominium plans.
