Joe’s practice focuses on personal, corporate and trust planning for high net worth individuals, family offices, owner-managers and their businesses. Throughout his years of practice in various roles, Joe has gained experience in taxpayer representation, personal and trust planning for high net worth individuals, domestic and international corporate reorganizations, estate planning, and purchases and sales of businesses. With sharp business acumen, Joe also assists on various M&A matters.
