Torkin Manes Welcomes New Associate Tal Cyngiser

Tal is an associate in our Business Law Group where he is engaged in a broad corporate and commercial law practice, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He regularly advises and assists business clients throughout their company’s life cycle: from formation to the preparation of shareholder and commercial agreements, reorganizations, asset and share purchases and wind-ups. Tal also advises clients on general commercial and business law matters relating to the day-to-day activities of their businesses.

Before joining Torkin Manes, Tal practised corporate, commercial and securities law at a national law firm and served as in-house counsel at a large Canadian corporation. In these roles, Tal developed significant experience  in advising boards of directors and senior management on commercial transactions, corporate law, securities regulation and other complex matters.
