Torkin Manes is pleased to announce that Valerie Sedlezky has joined the firm as an associate in our Not-for-Profit & Charities Group.

Valerie works with registered charities and other not-for-profit organizations, and their directors and members, on a wide range of their corporate and charitable needs, including incorporation and governance changes, drafting and interpreting by-laws and policies, obtaining and maintaining charitable registration, preparing donation agreements, and assisting with donor advised funds and other gifting matters.
