Torkin Manes Welcomes Partner Michael Tamblyn

Torkin Manes is pleased to announce that Michael Tamblyn has joined the firm as a partner in our Construction Law Group.

Michael Tamblyn practises commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels.

His dispute resolution practice includes breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, construction claims, professional negligence and disputes relating to interests in real property. Mr. Tamblyn also represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations and mediations and has experience in cross-border litigation.

He represents entrepreneurs, developers, contractors, and both public and private corporations, in achieving effective, timely and cost-efficient resolution of disputes. Mr. Tamblyn has lectured in the legal profession and to industry groups on a variety of commercial litigation topics.
