We are pleased to announce Ebad Rahman has been promoted to Counsel.

Ebad Rahman is a member of the firm’s Business and Technology Sourcing Practice Group. He has extensive experience advising on technology and sourcing matters along with patent matters, especially related to software issues. His technology practice focuses on service and technology agreements and conveyances of hardware, software and other intellectual property.
