We are pleased to announce that Jonathan Myers has been promoted to Counsel.

Jonathan Myers provides strategic advice to various energy sector participants, including electricity generators (renewable, conventional and nuclear), as well as electricity and gas transmitters and distributors.

He is regularly involved in matters before the Ontario Energy Board, including with respect to rates, licensing and leave to construct proceedings. In addition, Jonathan advises on energy-related project development, interconnection processes, regulatory and contractual matters.
