We are pleased to announce that Sophia Tolias has been promoted to Counsel.

Sophia Tolias’ practice focuses primarily on M&A and private equity. She researches and consults with the firm’s lawyers on the latest Canadian and U.S. legal developments in her areas, and also tracks market practice in public and private company M&A. Sophia has represented clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A deals, other business reorganizations and corporate finance matters.
