Charlene maintains a broad real estate practice focused on sophisticated commercial transactions, particularly in the real estate private equity, fund and joint venture space. She advises domestic and cross-border clients in all real estate sectors, including pension funds, owners, fund sponsors, managers, private equity funds, developers, local and international investors, universities, major lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants.
