Michelle leverages her in-house and private practice background to provide clients with real-world, sustainable solutions to complex workplace challenges.

Michelle partners with clients to conduct effective investigations, provide practical advice and develop proactive, equity-centered strategies, programs and policy frameworks. Michelle has been recognized with several national awards, including Canada’s Top 10 Diversity & Culture Impact Leader, and is a sought-after speaker and trainer, delivering engaging content from current issue keynotes to customized training at the executive and board-level.

Michelle received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
