Victoria Au Joins Osler’s Toronto Office

Osler is pleased to announce that Victoria Au has joined the firm as an associate in our Business Law Group.

Victoria’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters. Victoria joined the firm as a summer student in 2010 and completed her articles with the firm in 2011-2012 during which time she was seconded to General Motors of Canada Limited. Victoria returned to Osler as an associate in 2012. Victoria completed her J.D. degree at Queen’s University, where she participated in an exchange semester at the National University of Singapore.
