WeirFoulds welcomes Alexandra DiCenzo as an associate

WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome associate Alexandra DiCenzo to the firm’s Commercial Leasing Practice Group. Her practice is focused on all aspects of commercial leasing law.

Alexandra has a range of experience in corporate and commercial property matters, including real estate, construction, condominium, property management and development.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Alexandra articled at a boutique real estate law firm where she prepared research memoranda on corporate, commercial, real estate, construction, condominium and leasing matters, and drafted and reviewed legal documents, including litigation materials such as statements of claim, statements of defence, application records, motion records and facta.

Alexandra also previously articled at a global real estate investment, development and management company. In this role she responded to legal inquiries from the leasing, property management, construction, development and investment teams with respect to retail, industrial, hotel, residential and office assets.

Alexandra obtained her Juris Doctor from Western Law. During law school, Alexandra was a research fellow for the Conference of the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Governors and Premiers, a fellowship organized by the Canada-U.S. Law Institute, and completed a semester abroad in Milan, Italy at Bocconi University.
