WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome Alvin Yau to the firm’s Corporate Practice Group as an associate. Alvin’s practice is focused on corporate reorganizations, asset-backed lending transactions, shareholder disputes, and tax disputes.

Prior to his career in law, Alvin worked at a Canadian bank with its derivatives and US corporate lending teams. He has also worked in devising strategies for Canadian and international non-profit organizations.
