Ben is recognized throughout the profession as a leading corporate commercial litigator, and brings extensive experience in several specialized areas of litigation, including fraud, emergency relief, asset tracing and recovery, internal and government investigations (cross-border a national) and transactional disputes. Over the course of his career, Ben has built a far-reaching cross-border practice and network, providing practical, multi-jurisdictional solutions for business challenges facing a diverse global client base.
