Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Charles completed his articling term with a full-service regional firm where he focused on municipal law. There, Charles gained experience in various areas of municipal law including land use planning and development, environmental contamination claims, expropriations, building permit disputes, easement disputes, FOI requests under MFIPPA, and provincial offences prosecutions.
