WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome associate Claire Davis to the firm’s Corporate Law Practice Group.

Claire’s practice is focused on corporate and securities law. Prior to joining the firm as a lawyer, Claire completed her summer and articling work terms at WeirFoulds where she gained extensive experience with securities regulation and capital markets transactions.

Claire is passionate about start-ups and B. Corps, which led to her involvement in the Queen’s Business Law Clinic during her law degree. As a student caseworker and a mentor, she worked directly with local business owners and mentored others doing the same. She also competed in the Davies Corporate/Securities Law Moot.
