WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome associate Kirk Brown to the firm’s Construction Law Practice Group.

Kirk has experience in a wide variety of matters ranging from complex transportation infrastructure projects to handling actions in the Small Claims Court. He has been involved with a variety of proceedings including those involving CCAA/BIA matters, contract claims, liens, delay claims and surety claims. Most recently, Kirk worked as in-house Counsel for a major insurance company supporting its Surety line of business.
